When it comes to leadership, people dynamics and shifting organizational culture I bring more than 20 years of experience to the table. I have worked in-house in HR, as a People and Organizational consultant (McKinsey & Company, Korn Ferry), Executive coach and as a Senior leader.
I am from the UK originally but have also lived and worked in the US for 8 years and now live in Spain. I have experience in working in organizations across the UK, North and South Europe, North and central America, India, Singapore and Australia.
I have worked with leaders in many different kinds of organizations in many corners of the globe, in-person and remotely, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, finance, retail, telecommunications, media and technology.
Additionally, I have 2 small children and I believe this job is probably the one that has built my leadership skills over and above all else, including working at McKinsey. I'm talking about resilience, empathy, intuition and negotiation!
