I have over 20 years of experience working on people problems with leaders in all kinds of organizations in many different corners of the globe.
A trained business Psychologist and certified coach, I have worked in-house in HR, many years in people consulting and in Senior Leadership positions across the UK, USA and Europe.
I believe my deep expertise coupled with my people-first, no-nonsense approach is why people want to work with me.
